Darwin “Gus” Roeser, 66, of Beulah, ND died peacefully on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 at Miller Point in Mandan, ND.  A Celebration of Life service will be held at 12:00 PM CST on Saturday, December 23, 2017 at Alibis Lounge, Beulah with Pastor Mary Lou Aune officiating.

Gus was born on April 19, 1951 in Hazen, ND. He was raised and educated in Beulah, ND. Gus worked at various places until he began his employment with Coteau Properties as a heavy equipment operator. He worked there for many years until he took early retirement to pursue auctioning and rummaging. Gus loved collecting many things. He also loved tinkering in his garage, putting puzzles together, gardening and hanging out at the “office”. It was evident to anyone who spent time at his garage that Gus loved Chevrolet’s, NASCAR, oldies music and “the good ole’ days”. Gus will be missed by many.

Gus is survived by his niece, Pam (Brian Foss) Raeser; his great-nephews, Braiden, Dane and Jaik Foss; four step-daughters, Cheryl (Brent) Miller, Darla (Chad) Schweitzer, DeAnn (Gerald) Skalsky and Christy Anderson; 13 step-grandchildren; and eight step-great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Erwin Sr. and Jewel; his brother, Ervin Jr.; and his nephew, Jason Raeser.
