Emma Bentz

Emma Bentz passed away Sunday, November 17, 2019 at the age of 100 years while living with her son in Phoenix AZ.  Funeral services will be held Friday, December 6, 2019 at 10:00 AM CST at Salem United Methodist Church, Hazen ND with Pastor Corey Thrall officiating. Burial will follow at Hazen City Cemetery.

Emma was born Oct. 31, 1919 in Beulah, ND.

 She is survived by her son, Delone (Kathy) Bentz; seven grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild; her daughter-in-law, Darlys Bentz; her sister, Martha Thomson; and her sister-in-law, Neva Bentz.

            Emma was preceded in death by her husband, Christ Bentz, and two sons, Leland and Darwin Bentz.
