Ray Brunmeier

Ray Otto Brunmeier, 82, of Halliday, passed away on December 12, 2019, at Sanford Health, Bismarck, ND.  Private family services will be held at a later date.

Ray Otto Brunmeier born on March 28, 1937, to Ervin and Elsie (Reich) Brunmeier.

He attended country school east of Hazen and finished the 8th Grade. Ray married Esther Fraford and together they had six children.  He worked on his parent’s farm while growing up and continued working as a hired hand most of his life. Ray also worked construction and did some painting too. Ray married Arlene Dvorak in the late 1980’s

He had a good heart, in that he was always willing to help anyone who needed an extra hand.

He is survived by his wife Arlene of Killdeer; six children, Donna (Fred) Weidner, Golden Valley, ND, Brenda (Lee) Berry, New Palestine, Indiana, Tracy (Kenny) Williams, Sebastian, Florida, Julie (Jimmy) Lindsey, Shirley, Indiana, Delton (Diane) Brunmeier, American Fork, Utah, Wayne (Johnna), Brunmeier, Knightstown, Indiana; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; one brother and two sisters, Don (Ann) Brunmeier, Hazen, ND, Doris (Gary) Dolan, Great Falls, Montana, Dee Briock, Bismarck, ND,

He was preceded in death by his parents: one brother, Elmer Brunmeier, one sister, Eldora Kilber and his three baby daughters in heaven.
