Rosalie K (Marthaller) Burwick

ROSALIE KATHERINE BURWICK, 74, of Beulah, passed away peacefully in her sons arms and holding her daughter-in-law’s hand, at the Sakakawea Medical Center, Hazen.  Services will be held from 10:00 to 11:00 AM CDT, Friday, May 3, 2019, at Barbot Funeral Home, Beulah, with a graveside service to follow at the Beulah City Cemetery.

Rosalie was born on October 24, 1944, to Alvin and Katherine (Kuntz) Marthaller.  She was raised on the family farm 11 miles north of Regent, ND.

She enjoyed going for drives with her son, Barry.  She spent lots of time tending her beautiful flower garden.  She had a strong faith and loved the Lord.  She never missed a chance to watch Charles Stanley on TV evidenced by all the red underlines in her numerous “In Touch” magazines. 

Rosalie is survived by her son, Barry (Deb) Burwick of Beulah; grandson, Austin Burwick of Grand Forks; step-grandchildren, John (Amber) Richter, Megan Richter and Darlene Richter; brothers, Jim (Regina), Larry (Caroline), Robert (Twila), Stanley (Mary) and Myron; one brother-in-law, Donald Wagendorf, sister-in-law, Bev Sivak; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one infant daughter, Leah; brother, Marvin (Ida); sister, Marlene Wagendorf.
