Vera (Hamberlin) Keith

Vera Keith, 84, of Thermopolis, WY formerly of Zap, ND passed away Thursday, July 12, 2018 in Thermopolis. Services will be held at 10:00 AM CDT on Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at the Beulah Congregational Church, Beulah with Pastor Frank Sapp officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery, south of Beulah.

Vera was born on June 21, 1934 in Colfax, LA to Houston and Linnie Hamberlin. She married Robert “Bob” Keith on September 7, 1950 in Louisiana.

Vera enjoyed raising her four girls, crocheting, gardening, attending Bible study, and most of all, spending time with her grandchildren.

Vera will always be remembered as a very sweet, loving, caring and “classy” lady.

She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Robert “Bob” Keith; four daughters, Reneé (Mark) Jones of Boulder, WY, Renet (Ralph) Bieber of Zap, ND, Regina (Fred) Rodriguez of Watsonville, CA, and Roberta (D.J.) Erickson of Beulah, ND; nine grandchildren, Lora (Nick) Nichols, Roger (Margarett) Jones, Jessica (Daryl) Sollin, Tracy (Chris) Siemieniewski, Parker Rodriguez, Tanner (Heather) Erickson, Trever Erickson, Tyler Erickson and Tucker Erickson; and 11 great-grandchildren, Rhett, Taylor and Kloe Nichols, Cooper and Sydney Jones, Nadiya, Alexis Kuhn, Lexi Sollin, K.C. Siemieniewski and Kase Erickson.

Vera was preceded in death by her parents, four sisters, one brother and her great-grandson, Liam Siemieniewski.

Arrangements are conducted by Barbot Funeral Home, Beulah and Hazen.
