Hunter N Fritz

Hunter Nathaniel Fritz, 23, of Beulah, passed away Friday, February 11, 2022, in Beulah.  Services will be held at 11:00 AM CST, Friday, February 18, 2022, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Beulah with Fr. Gardner officiating.  Burial will follow in the Dunn Center Cemetery.

 Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM CST, Thursday, at Barbot Funeral Home, Beulah.

Hunter was born April 11, 1998 to Scott and Linda (Kostelnak) Fritz.  He was raised and educated in Beulah where he was active in wrestling.  He graduated from Beulah High School.  His hobbies included hunting, fishing, camping, hiking and canoeing.  He was always ready for the next adventure.  He had a passion for guns and enjoyed talking about them to anyone who would listen.  He loved playing with his nephews; Greyson and Bennett and teaching them wrestling moves. He had a playful nature and always had to tease his family and friends.

Hunter is survived by his parents Linda and Scott of Beulah; two sisters and brother-in-law, Caitlin and CJ Ost, Hailey Fritz all of Beulah; girlfriend, Sierra Wiest of Hazen; nephews Greyson and Bennett Ost; grandparents, Roberta (Bert) and Gary Fritz of Killdeer, ND; aunt, Erica (Mike) Messick, Lima, OH; uncle, Randy Jr. (Mary) McGrath, Lansing, MI, and his cat, Kenai and dog, Felicity.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Pauline and Leonard Kostelnak; Grandma Lisa McGrath; and uncles, Robert Fritz and Ken Kostelnak.
