Jeannette Louise Ray

Jeannette Louise Ray, age 45, passed away suddenly on February 16, 2026, leaving behind a family who loved her deeply.

Born on October 6, 1980, she was known for her ever present laugh and smile, and big beautiful eye. Jeannette was a person who found joy in spending time with her family, especially her husband Ray and fur baby Lily.

Three years ago, she experienced the profound loss of her beloved husband, Ray. Their bond was a cornerstone of her life, and she often spoke of the happy times they shared. As a couple, they enjoyed music, gaming, movies, camping, boating and traveling.

Jeannette was preceded in death by her husband, Shannon Ray; her father, Karl Ruyle; and her niece, Aubry Porter.

She is survived by her mother Cynthia Olson (Clayton); her sister, Shancee Porter (James); her cherished nieces and nephews; her bonus family; her husband’s family; and many dear friends.

A celebration of Jeannette’s life will be held at a later date.

“She is now at peace, reunited with those she loved who went before her.”
