Judith K. (Richter) Miller

Judith Karen Miller, 77, Hazen, died peacefully on July 10, 2026, at her home. Services will be held at 10:00 AM CDT Wednesday, July 15, 2026, at Barbot Funeral Home, Beulah, with Pastor Walt Wolff officiating. Burial will follow at St. Martin’s Catholic Cemetery, Hazen. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.

Judy was born in Bismarck on August 19, 1948, to Elmer J. and Mildred (Chase) Richter. On June 29, 1968, she married her high school sweetheart, Edward S. Miller. Two years later, they started their family and built many happy memories in their 58 years together.

Judy is survived by her husband, Edward; her children, Ken (Tina) Miller and Stephanie (Spencer) Edwards; her sister, Marjie Richter; her sisters-in-law, Rosemary (Mark) Bartunek and Nancy Miller; her grandchildren, Jake Miller, Jayden (Sarah) Miller, Breanna (James) Bonagofsky, Jordyn Edwards; her great-grandchildren, Elijah, Hayes, and Kollins Bonagofsky, and many nieces and nephews.

The family requests that memorials be made to Sakakawea Hospice.
