Lenore (Schiermeister) Alderin

Lenore Alderin, 80, formerly of Hazen, ND passed away November 13, 2020. A graveside service will be held at 10:00 AM CDT on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 at the North Dakota Veteran's Cemetery, Mandan, ND.

Lenore May Alderin was born April 27, 1940 in Mercer County, North Dakota to Frederich E. and Mary (Wagner) Schiermeister. She graduated high school at Stanton High on May 23, 1958 where she met the love of her life Lloyd Alderin and married him on December 18, 1957 in Glasglow, Montana. She soon after had 4 beautiful children; Perry, Pamela, Steven and Stewart. She worked for the Pollock Cheese factory for 40 years until she retired in early 2000. 

She is survived by her granddaughter Chanda and Glenn Klinker; great grandchildren, Clayton, Kaylee and Milo; son Steven and Selena Alderin; grandchildren Kyle along with his wife Lindsey and great grandson Colt; Jared with her great grandchildren Jared Jr., Kinley and Riley, Hanna and Elton; her brother, Elmer and Carol Schiermeister; her sisters Fern Werner and Elizabeth Crawford, son Stewart Alderin; grandchildren Sheena and Michael Shepherd, and her loving companion Frederick J. Navratil. 

Lenore was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Lloyd, son Perry and grandson Rusty Alderin, daughter Pamela and her husband Daniel Shepherd.
