Linda G. (Raeszler) Voegele

Linda G. (Raeszler) Voegele passed away peacefully on March 16, 2024, at the Knife River Care Center, Beulah ND.  Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM CDT on Thursday, March 21, 2024 at Zion Lutheran Church, Beulah, with Pastor Kathy Nygaard officiating.  Burial will follow at the Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery in Beulah. 

Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on at the church.   

Linda was born November 28, 1927, in Beulah ND.  She was the daughter of Gottfried and Julia (Giese) Raeszler.  Linda was raised and educated north of Beulah.  On October 12, 1948 Linda married Eugene Voegele in Beulah, ND.  They began farming in the Glen Ullin area and in 1959 they bought a farm north of Beulah.   Linda was a member of Zion Lutheran Church, Senior Citizens and Homemakers club.   Linda liked playing cards, bus tours, visiting friends and loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Her grandchildren fondly remember the wonderful cook she was. 

Linda is survived by her sons, Virgil (Sue), Randy (Arlis) and daughter-in-law, Melissa all of Beulah; five grandchildren, Tonia (Dave) Knudson of Beulah, Jason (Jodi) Voegele of LaDera Ranch, CA, Heather Voegele of Omaha, NE, Matthew (Randi) Voegele of Chandler, AZ and Mikayla Voegele of Beulah, ND; six great grandchildren, Austin Burwick, Tavin & Jorryn Voegele, Harper Andersen and Mason & Caleb Voegele; and many nieces and nephews. 

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Eugene; two sons, Delton & Bruce; her brothers, Leo, Ruben, Reinhold, Ervin, Richard, Henry and Jacob; and her sister, Hilda. 

Arrangements are conducted by Barbot Funeral Home, Beulah and Hazen.
