Mabel Eisenbeis, 93, of Beulah, died peacefully on August 15, 2025, at the Knife River Care Center, Beulah. Services will be held at 10:00 AM CDT, Wednesday, August 20, 2025, at Concordia Lutheran Church, Beulah, with Pastor Toby Heller officiating. Burial will follow at the Beulah City Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.
Mabel was born on September 2, 1931, to Herman and Emma (Weigum) Walz. She was raised on the family farm north of Beulah. She married Reuben Eisenbeis on January 1, 1950. They had one son, Lyle. Through the years they farmed at the Eisenbeis homestead until Reuben retired and they moved into Beulah. She was active in her church and held various jobs, including cleaning and working at the nursing home. She was an avid gardener and sewed many quilts and craft projects. Mabel also loved listening to religious programs and visiting with family and friends.
Mabel is survived by her son, Lyle and his wife, Kathy; granddaughter, LaDawn; sisters, Betty Unruh of Beulah and Eunice Christmann of Bismarck; sister-in-law, Karen Walz of Bismarck; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Reuben; three sisters; two brothers; brothers-in-law; and a sister-in-law.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of individual choice.
