Manda Sue (Freeman) Olheiser, 47, passed away on December 28, 2019, in the comfort of her home in Zap, ND. Services will be held at 2:00PM CST, Thursday, January 2, 2019, at Barbot Funeral Home, Beulah, with Pastor Mary Lou Aune officiating.
Mandy was born October 22, 1972, in the state of South Dakota. She was raised and educated in the Mandan-Bismarck area. Over the years, she worked various construction jobs, the last being in 2018, for the Mercer County Highway Dept. and currently part-time at Mic’s Tavern, Zap.
Mandy loved all animals especially her three cats, Ed, Beans and Rupert. She had two special dogs, Jamie and Maggie that she would spend her time with. Mandy had a great love for horses. She enjoyed hunting, fishing and cruising the back country with her special friend, Joe, always on the lookout for something cool, including Diamond Willow trees that she used to make walking sticks. She also enjoyed wood carving.
Mandy is survived by her two children, Amber (Andy and to be grandbaby) Goetz of Center, ND, and Joseph Schnellbach of Souix Falls, SD; sisters, Tonya Wilson of Mandan, ND, Jane (Joe) Burke of Newell, SD; brothers, Clint (Kathy) Wood of Wickenburg, AZ, Clay (Robin) Gilmen of Porterville, CA; special foster mother that loved her like her own, Mary (Bruce) Clyde; foster siblings, Liz, Larry, Deanna, Shawn (Lana); numerous nieces and nephews and many special friends that loved her dearly.
She is preceded in death by her mother, Judy Ann (Freeman) Magers.
So deeply missed, but never forgotten. No more pain. Now go rest in peace, fly high, ride fast, and be free. You are forever loved!
