Pamela (Holding Eagle) Neubauer

Pamela Jaye Holding Eagle-Neubauer passed away June 27, 2023. Her service will be on Weds, July 12 at 10 am, at the Barbot Funeral Home in Beulah with Minister Kevin Finley officiating. Burial will follow the service. She will be laid to rest in the Holding Eagle family cemetery in rural Twin Buttes, North Dakota, with many of her Holding Eagle, Sage and Beston relatives who passed before her.

Pamela was born during a spring blizzard in 1985. She was the second to the youngest in a family with four sisters and one brother. She grew up in Fargo and attended school there and was baptized in the Good News Lutheran Church. She moved to Duluth, Minnesota with her mother and sisters while her mother was in graduate school. She attended Duluth High School and graduated. She took Tae Kwon Do classes while she was there and became proficient at it. She moved back to the Fargo area after high school and worked as a Direct Care Provider with Friendship Home, which she enjoyed. She loved attending concerts and being with her friends and sisters. She had a great sense of humor.

She moved to Mobile, Alabama, where she married her high school sweetheart and they had a daughter, Frankie. While in Mobile, she worked at an Amazon company, she loved it and had many friends there. She loved animals and had 2 cats.

She will be forever missed by her parents and is survived by mother, Doreen (SD), father, Jay (ND), husband, Scott and daughter, Frankie (AL), brother, Delvin (MN), and sisters, Jodi (AZ), Jamie and husband, Andrew, (MN), and Jessica (ND), nephews, Justin (SD), Nikoy (MN), Walter (SD), and nieces, Scout (MN), Nina (MN) Willa (SD), Autumn (MN) and Astrid (MN). And cousins, Tyler, Caleb, Brad, Kelly, Bobbie, Jamie, and numerous others.

She had many aunts and uncles who will miss her. Maternal relatives: Kathleen B, Carolyn M, Lynne B, Diane C, Debbie B, Susan H, Jan A and Mark B. She also had paternal relatives who will miss her, her aunts, Dinah, Kathy, Janet, her uncles, Josh S, Willis and Corrine S, Luke F, Jimmy V and Moler B.

Arrangements are conducted by Barbot Funeral Home, Beulah and Hazen.
