Renae (Bauman) Morton

Renae K. Morton, 58, of Beulah, ND passed away on Monday, December 16, 2024. Services will be held at 10:30 AM CT on Friday, December 20, 2024 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Beulah with Fr. Thomas Grafsgaard officiating. Burial will follow at Beulah City Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 to 7:00 PM CT on Thursday, December 19 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, with a vigil service and rosary beginning at 7:00 PM.

Renae was born in Hazen, ND on November 18, 1966, the fifth of five children born to Melvin and Violet (Schaaf) Bauman. She was raised in Beulah, graduated from Beulah High School and went on to attend college in Dickinson, ND.

On June 24, 2010, Renae married her loving husband, Tim Morton and they made their home in Beulah. Renae was a teacher for over 20 years. She had a love for life and for her dogs.

Renae is survived by her husband, Tim; her son and daughter-in-law, Tyler and Deidre and their children, Rauly, Calan and Kaiser; her son and daughter-in-law, Casey and Kaylin and their children, Harvin and Hendrix; her mother, Violet Jochim; two brothers, Rick (Valerie) and Roger (Cathy) Bauman; one stepbrother, Johnny (Dori) Jochim; one stepsister, Jolene (Ryan) Rust; and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father and her brothers, Ron Bauman and Randy Bauman.

Arrangements are conducted by Barbot Funeral Home, Beulah and Hazen.
