Robert ‘Bob’ Keith, 91, of Beulah, ND passed away on September 29, 2022, at the Knife River Care Center in Beulah. Services will be held at 10:00 AM CDT, Thursday, October 6, 2022, at the Beulah Congregational Church, Beulah with Pastor John Whitaker officiating. Burial will follow at Rosehill cemetery, south of Beulah. Visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, Wednesday at Barbot Funeral Home, Beulah.
Robert was born on December 27, 1930 in Selma, LA to Jessie and Mittie Belle (Foster) Keith. On September 7, 1950, he married Vera Hamberlin in Louisana. He served in the US Army from August 1952 to July 1954. Bob was a welder by trade. His welding career took him and his family all across the country. From that, he could tell plenty of stories.
Robert enjoyed welding, hunting, fishing, and rock collecting. He loved sharing his passion for welding with others. His favorite being teaching his grandkids how to weld.
He is survived by his 4 daughters, Renee’ (Mark) Jones, Boulder WY, Renet (Ralph) Bieber, Zap ND, Regina (Fred) Rodriguez, Watsonville CA, and Roberta (D.J.) Erickson, Beulah ND. Nine grandchildren; Lora (Nick) Nichols, Roger (Margaret) Jones, Jessica (Daryl) Sollin, Tracy (Chris) Siemieniewski, Tanner (Heather) Erickson, Trever (Sierra) Erickson, Tyler Erickson, Tucker Erickson, and Parker Rodriguez and 13 great-grandchildren; Rhett (Lacy) Nichols, Taylor & Kloe Nichols, Sydney & Cooper Jones, Nadiya & Alexis Kuhn, Lexi Sollin, KC Siemieniewski, Kase Erickson, and Ryder & Cooper Erickson.
He was welcomed into Heaven by his wife of 67 years, his parents, his sister, Lynell, and his great-grandson, Liam Siemieniewski.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Sakakawea Hospice or Clark Grosz American Legion Post 189, Hazen.
