Robert J. Raab

Robert J. Raab, 85 of Beulah, passed away on June 5, 2025, at the Knife River Care Center, Beulah.  Private family services will be held.

Robert J. Raab (Bob) was born August 11, 1939, in Golden Valley, ND to William & Ernestine Raab. He was the youngest of five siblings. He was baptized and confirmed at St. James Lutheran Church, Golden Valley, ND and graduated from Golden Valley High School. He drove school bus for Golden Valley School for several years while living on the family farm North of Golden Valley. 

Bob married Frieda Wollschlaeger on April 23, 1976.  They resided in Dickinson, ND where he worked for Fischer Sand & Gravel & Bronco Brothers.  Frieda died March 24, 1996.  He continued to reside in Dickinson, ND until moving to Beulah, ND, in August of 2022 to became a resident of Knife River Care Center, Beulah, ND.

He is survived by seven nieces and nephews and special friend Sandie Boeshans.  He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Frieda; one brother Alvin; sisters, Lorraine Allmendinger, Dorothy Dschaak & Irma Vogel.
