Rudolph Sasse

Rudolph J Sasse, 92, of Zap, passed away December 21, 2019, at the Knife River Care Center, Beulah.  Services will be held in the spring. 

Rudolph was born on December 7, 1927, in Zap, ND.  He was the eldest son of John and Wilhelmina (Madche) Sasse.  Rudolph farmed northeast of Zap until he retired and later moved to Beulah in 2011.

He was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Zap.  Rudolph enjoyed farming, taking care of his dog and cats and visiting with family and neighbors.

Rudolph is survived by one sister-in-law, Audrey (Herbert) Sasse; 11 nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by his parents; all his siblings, brothers, Ivan and Herbert; sisters, Elsie Dschaak, Erna Wolf, and an infant brother, Adolph and infant sister, Ida.
