Sharron R (Bucholz) Crowley

Sharron R. Crowley, 71, of Hazen, ND went to join her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Friday, November 12, 2021. Services will be held at 11:00 AM CST on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at English Lutheran Church, Hazen with Pastor Dale Nabben officiating. There will be no visitation as cremation has taken place.

Burial will be held at 10:00 AM CST on Monday, November 22, 2021 at the North Dakota Veteran Cemetery, Mandan, ND.

Sharron was born on August 29, 1950 to Melvin and Ella (Mertz) Bucholz in Bismarck, ND. She was baptized into Christ on November 5, 1950 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church, Wilton, ND. She was raised in Wilton until her junior year of high school when her family moved to Bismarck. She graduated from Bismarck High School.

Sharron met Ron Crowley at a baseball game in Hebron, ND and they were married on August 6, 1971. To this union, three children were born, Kristen, Andrea and John.

Sharron was a people person. She loved her family and friends fiercely. Sharron enjoyed cross-stitching and other sewing crafts. She never went anywhere without her camera and the moments were preserved for all of posterity. Her grandchildren were her entire world. She and Ron made a point to be at as many events as possible. She always made everything fun, was the life of the party and never went anywhere without knowing someone. Sharron will always have a front row seat reserved in all our hearts.

Sharron is survived by her husband, Ron of Hazen; her children, Kristen (David) Wick of Minot, ND, Andrea Nelson of Mandan, ND and John Crowley of Hazen; eight grandchildren, Corbin, Madelen, Owen and Maxwell Wick, Abigail, Caitlen and Hannah Nelson and Chance Crowley; three brothers, Eldon Bucholz of Dickinson, ND, Robert (Linda) Bucholz of Bismarck and Kelvin (Janeen) Bucholz of Rapid City, SD; one sister, Sally (Eddie) Reinhardt of Bismarck ; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Ella; her in-laws, Frank and Sandy Crowley; her grandparents; aunts and uncles; and her granddoggers, Remy and Dega.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be directed to Lakes Bluegrass Events Park.

Arrangements are conducted by Barbot Funeral Home, Beulah and Hazen.
