I am very sorry for the loss of your husband. I know how difficult it is to lose a mate.
The words at Jo 5:28,29 give us the hope that God will remember our dead loved ones and bring them back to earth to enjoy life forever. Ps 37:11,29.
Soon God will wipe away all tears and death and pain will be no more. Rev 21:3,4.
May these promises be of comfort to you now.

I am so sorry to hear of Jerry's passing. While I only knew him through a business relationship (insurance), I feel like I have lost a friend. His calls were always cheerful and a nice time to visit/catch up. He was always so proud of his wife, kids, and grandchildren. He will be missed!
