Violet Jean Schuh, 65, of Mandan died on August 28, 2016 of natural causes. Private family services will be held.

She was born in Hazen on August 28, 1951 to Gust and Elsie (Fandrich) Schuh.  She grew up and went to school in Golden Valley.  She lived in Hazen for numerous years before moving to Bismarck/Mandan, where she spent her remaining years.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one brother, Ernest and three sisters, Alice (Christ) Hoffman, Vera (Rodney) Stanley, and Mae (Charles) Kopp. 

She is survived by three sisters, Martha Weigum, Ruby (Arlen) Gorden, Helen (Jerry) Lunstad: one brother, Paul Schuh: one daughter, Michelle (Kenneth) Wolf; and three grandchildren, Thomas Krizan, Hunter Wolf, and Paige Wolf.

In lieu of flowers, any memorials can be sent to Michelle Wolf at 1807 5th Ave NE, Beulah, ND 58523 to help cover final expenses.

Arrangements are conducted by Barbot Funeral Home, Beulah and Hazen.
